Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Helamis. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.

Processing may take longer during busy periods or when additional order verification is required.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 days after your order has been shipped.

Order processing time is separate from the shipping and delivery period.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your destination, carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Fees

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If free shipping is available for your order or through a promotion, the applicable terms will be communicated on our website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If you have questions about your tracking information, contact support@helamis.com and include your order number.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Any additional costs associated with redirecting or reshipping an order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact support@helamis.com with your order number.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, investigate with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. However, any remedies required by applicable law remain available to you.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and explain the available options.
